Things You Should KnowA meeting time can be set up by calling the studio during business hours. At this meeting we will discuss what your needs and desires are for your portrait session, what we are able to provide for you, our prices and policies, and our guarantee. There is no cost or obligation to set up this initial meeting. The time spent talking at this meeting is valuable. It is a time to get all of your questions answered. To pre-plan your session by talking about where and when, what to wear, makeup, hair, colors, likes and dislikes, different groupings, who the portraits will be for, and so much more. It also gives us a chance to observe your expressions, how you move, and to get know your personality You get a chance to see if you are comfortable with us and if you are confident that we can create a portrait for you that will be in your family and cherished for generations to come. If you decide to use us to create your portrait, a date and time will be set up to create your portraits and a session fee will be collected to reserve your time. When your session is completed, we will set up a time for you to view your portraits. When you come to this appointment you will choose from approximately 15 FINISHED images. We do not show you proofs! The images shown to you will be projected in a large size, to see all of the details. They will be cropped, retouched and adjustments will all be completed. The uncertainty of what the finished product will look like is no longer! At this appointment you will choose the images that you would like, the quantitys, the sizes, the finishes, and the frames. A 50% Deposit will be paid on your order with the balance due upon completion of your portraits. No partial orders will be delivered. There are no paper proofs to take home and your proofs will not be put onto an on-line photo gallery. No changes or cancellations will be accepted once your order is signed.
